RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchases. So please check all items immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or is faulty please inform us within 24 hours of delivery via telephone on 01484 690462. All items must be returned in the original packaging and be in perfect condition. Failure to send items back unused and without the original packaging will result in the return being unaccepted. If any item is returned to us damaged then the refund will not be accepted. For any damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full or try to replace the item for you.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have simply changed your mind and would like to return it, please contact us via telephone on 01484 690462 within 24 hours from the time the item was delivered, stating that you wish to return an item. We will be happy to refund you for the item price if items are returned to us unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging - in these instances the customer must pay for the return postage. For furniture orders please inspect your items upon receipt. If they are the wrong colour, size or not suitable please return them with our drivers. If the furniture/goods are not sent back with our driver then the customer must pay for the return postage. For all orders collected directly from our warehouse by the customer or their chosen courier the goods must be checked and signed for on collection. Once these items have left our warehouse they are signed over to the customer/customers courier and cannot be returned. We cannot take any liability for goods damaged in transit by third party couriers. For any orders where we are asked to hold the stock in our warehouse we will do for a maximum time of 28 days. If after this time the order is cancelled a re-stocking fee between 25%-50% will be applied.
